I stepped on the scale on Monday and said to myself "its time to do something about all this weight you have put on" The scale read 175, OMGGGGGGG thats only 25 pounds away from 200 pounds. I knew that weight watchers has worked for so many people because it doesnt deprive you of anything, sounds like my kind of plan. I went to the meeting on Wednesday night, signed up weighed in and started tracking my points today, so far so good. Stay tuned for a before picture where I let it all hang out just like on The Biggest Looser, hopefully seeing a visual will also keep me motivated.
