When I looked back over my long list of goals for this year I decided it would be much easier for me to track myself if I broke them up into daily, monthly and year long goals. Thanks to Katie over at Bower Power I have been able to post my daily, monthly, and year goals on my sidebar in HTML which will allow me to strikethrough them once they are completed. I left her a comment asking how in the world she is able to but those fancy smancy strikethroughs once she completes a goal and she directed me to the internet site http://www.tizag.com/htmlT/ for assistance. Not only did I learn how to do strikethroughs, I have learned how to make a bulleted list and have a wonderful resource at my fingertips. Thanks again Katie.
I am always finding new projects that I want to copy and use to beautify our home, but I usually forget where the inspriation comes from and thus never get around to it. Today as I was looking at some of my favorite blogs I decided it would be a good idea to keep a list of the projects on my blog, that way they won't get lost. On the top of my list of January is to get my winter decorations up and Chris over at Just a Girl has a wonderful wreath project that I am itching to copy. Take a look its beautiful, I hope mine turns out half as good. Another project on my list is to make the master bedroom more of a santuary than a dumping ground. Since new furniture isn't in the budget at the moment I want to upholshter a headboard like this and paint my existing furniture a chocolate brown and the walls a nice blueish green. Thanks ladies for the inspiration.
I love finding inspiration on people's blogs!!
